This was so stressful (only because I didn't want to mess it up. LOL) but so fun! Very easy instructions. Had everything you needed except for bottles. I made it to surprise my husband and I loved it so much we plan on trying the cider next.

Bought this gift for my partner and he loved it. Direction were easy to understand and all parts came intact. Will be buying another refill kit to make more.

Yeah, I know it's only a one gallon batch. Though, if you drink for the enjoyment of really amazing beer and like the idea of actually making it yourself, it's quite awesome. Is it really homebrewing? Sure it is. I mean unless you need to grow the ingredients yourself or or something, I can't think of a more fun and exciting way to brew and bottle your own batch of delicious beer. I think it would also make a most excellent gift for any beer drinker or microbrewery enthusiast. At the very least…, it is something to try once and you get a nice batch of beer at the end.

I have to go 5 star across the board. Yes, it takes longer to brew since there are no jars of condensed mix. That being said, worth the extra time. This is my first home brew. I was just hoping for drinkable and that is all I expected. Well, even after a few minor errors on my part, it came out Awesome. not only was it drinkable, I drank the entire batch (1 gallon), and wished I had more. I have 2 other brands in stages of completion but it is going to be a tough sell to beat this one. I will b…e buying the 5 gallon batch!!
