It's helpful to have the oz markings on the side of the cup. It is easy to clean. I have had the top pop open once, and the lid opening to a 90-degree angle and not 180 means some of the shake can drip down onto your face, but I just remove the lid to drink the shake. Use it almost every day.

I have three of these and they are very sturdy and leak proof.

Sturdy, leak proof liquid container. I use at the gym but, could utilize anywhere else if needed.

These hold up better than blender bottles. Plus, for whatever reason, they don't hold on to bad smells if you forget to clean them out.

My personal trainer recommended some of these bottles to mix my whey shakes in. Also great for water bottles in general; the markers on the side make it easier to track how much water I’m drinking (or how much more I need to drink).Good bottles overall!

I love these as water bottles because there's no moving parts. Never stains or smells. Easy to clean. Can tighten over and over without cracking. I use a sleeve to keep drinks cold. My go to for years.

Love these shaker bottles. We used to have all blender bottles but the lids kept breaking around the threads. These Contigo bottles have a much more durable design. You can tighten down the lid without feeling like it might crack the plastic. Also the mouth opening is much better; easier to open and close while still staying sealed. Plus it’s more comfortable to drink from having more rounded edges. In addition the the mixer ball is not only effective but it doesn’t get tangled up in the kitc…hen drawer like those spring whisk ball things. All around this product is our favorite of its kind.
