It took a couple tries to get the hang of it. Hold on tight and press the button, wait for the screw to insert and lift the cork from the bottle. Then press again an the cork unscrews from the device! Love it!
Work great
After ordering two replacements for our wine opener from a quality company and returning both, I took a chance.This opener is small but powerful yet quiet. Very affordable. Hopefully, it will last for a while. I will reorder if it lasts a year.

Had an Oster for 10+ years that I broke so bought another same brand. Big mistake… the cork would always get stuck so returned that one and read a review from someone else that did what I believe to be the same thing and they highly recommended this one. And boy were they right. This one is quite, fast and smooth as melted butter. Try it and you will know exactly what I am talking about. Oh and buy extras….
