There is nothing like sitting at your desk working, doing meetings, emails, etc...realizing you haven't touched your coffee in an hour and taking a sip and it's still piping hot.The addition of a wireless charger for your phone is a huge bonus, saving that extra space in your power strip and the cables around your work area. It is a bit finicky for my phone, but I suspect that is just because it's a pretty old phone. It just needs to be in a pretty precise spot for the wireless charge to fun…ction.For the cold side...initially, I was a bit disappointed that I would have to use the 'coffee cup' they provide to keep the soda cool...that was until I realized that they made it sized perfectly for soda/beer cans AND (so far) most takeout drink cups. It keeps my drink nice and cool.I am in love with this thing, it is fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone who spends a lot of time at their desk at work or at home.

Gave this as a gift. They were satisfied with the multi-use. Highly recommend as being "a must" for any office. Easy to use button to change from cold to hot. Though No low to high temperature control but this does Not take from how versatile it is. Definitely happy with purchase.

I just received this product a few days ago. Already love it. I was not expecting it to come with a mug, the bottom surface is of alloy metal, which allows for easy heat transfer to ensure the coffee/hot drink stays hot/warm. For cold drinks, a basic 12oz can fits perfectly, I have not tried other sized containers. The power button will indicate which setting it is on by color- which is great- (red for heat/blue for cool).I find it important to note that the heat/cool surface are is NOT flat to… its base, which CAN limit the size of the containers you can use for it. Nonetheless, it's a great product and I find it extremely useful in my office. Would definitely use this as a gift idea for others.

My husband wants his Dr. Pepper cold and his phone charged fast. This does both. We have one upstairs, one down and gave one to his sister. These are awesome items.

Thinking primarily about tea, the cooling feature I wondered about when ordering it. For the tea, it met my expectations - which were high - and performs great with the on light being red when in heating. Out of curiosity though I then put some hot clear hot water on it, turned it to chill mode, and worked away at my computer. When I came back ten to fifteen minutes later I was shocked. The water was not hot anymore, nor luke warm, but actually cool. Not cold yet, but even in the fridge it… wouldn't have been cold yet. Am curious to see how cold it can go with more time next time.
