I love mine, and buy ones to put into my gift baskets to raise money for The Chamber of Commerce, My church, and for gifts for family and friends...Very easy if you like wine to get the cork out with no hassle. Also it takes a long , long time before you have to plug it in to charge...Everyone that has one loves theirs. If you like wine and need an easy cork opener...just remember don't force the opener put it on top after the top foil is taken off, there is a thing there for it, then put cork …remover on top of bottle , and let it do it's work, it will raise the cork off then release the cork...I use mine for months before it needs charged and the charger comes with it...Easy, wonderufl!! I bought this because my daughter told me she has had one for 4 years and it still works great, and they do enjoy wine and use it. It is so comfortable to use; I have shoulder problems so that is important. I've used it for about a month now which is longer than the $$$ one from Williams Sonoma which died an ugly death. And it doesn't twist forcibly and hurt my shoulder like some of the other ones I've had. So I am very impressed. The accompanying foil cutter is the best I've ever had, by… the way!

Not only does it look lovely on my counter but it works better than any one I have gotten so far. Perfect for people with arthritis. Foil cutter works in five turns around the bottle and removes corks quickly and easily. Get to give as a gift.
