    Comes with three separate malt extracts to fool around with, and get the hang of 1gal brewing. I have done 1gal, 2gal, 5gal brewing and there are recommended differences in the procedures. The 1gal procedures involve a more limited amount of water and more precise boil times (water loss), and produce a limited amount of very good beer.
