Use this for protein shakes. Works great and definitely keeps it cold without losing consistency of shake. Bought one white and one black. Was concerned the white would stain easily but am happy to report it is just as white as when I bought it. Definitely recommend this Blender Bottle!

I’m in love with this blender bottle. It’s well insulated, easy to clean, leakproof, and a great color! The cup itself is not dishwasher safe, but the large opening makes it easy to wash by hand (some blender bottles have a thinner neck). It travels super easily and is easy to drink from while on the go.
Better than blender. No patchy whey powder in my shakes anymore.Perfect technique is: fill with milk to “ball” height, put powder. Shake. Add more milk. Shake again and good to go.

Very good bottle! This bottle is good for protein, flavored water or pre workout and the smell doesn’t stay in the water bottle like other blender bottles do. Also keeps drinks colder for a lot longer.
Extremely well insulated so keeps drinks very cold. Also very durable and screw on lid is a major upgrade from snap on blender bottles. Highly recommend
I put ice & water in this cup that stayed cold for 3 days. I haven’t used it to blend a drink yet. It was affordable; especially purchasing it in the Prime Day Deals period. Now I can have water next to me to remind me to drink water every now and then😉
