Love the look and the volume indices on the carafe. Coffee no different than my Aeropress except for a bit more sediment. For $20 a great buy for a starter French Press. Just use coarse grind for classic French Press Brew. Had a French Press Brew at local Coffee Shop and saw no difference. This after one week as a Novice Coffee maker. With the Aeropress and this I have been grinding and brewing Coffee to see what a good "Cup Of Joe" is, steep learning curve from scratch. Settled on 16.0 to 18.0… Grams of Beans per ten ounces of water. Just Done median and dark roast so far.

The simple process involves the coffee and water passing through the filter, on the press. Hey, you don’t want a science lecture, trust me, you’ll be impressed.

Love this French press. It checks all the boxes. Works beautifully, traps all the grounds, pours easily - and at a great price point. Not a single complaint.
