After two years of use and we cook a lot this pot is sturdy, practical and durable. Five stars!

It is perfect for that, the rounded edges of the bottom allows for perfection when sweeping the pudding around and then out, can get every drop. It has never scorched, even though I use a pretty high flame, contrary to most recipe suggestions. I have no doubt it will work just as well for savory sauces and reductions for braised dishes. Spend a tad more and get the best!

I use this pan all the time. The lid is wonderful and the strainer works perfectly. Even better that this is dishwasher safe and leaves no stains or residue! Highly recommend!

I like that I can use this on my induction cooktop and that it has little pour spouts on both sides for easy transfers.

This pot is heavy duty and heats evenly. I haven’t experienced any scorching on the bottom yet either and I use it every day. I LOVE the strainer lid, makes it so much easier to strain foods without having to dirty a separate strainer. I bought a second one because it is such a nice pot
