I loved this wine because I can’t drink alcohol but miss the earthy taste and sugar balance of wine. This is a dryer wine (less sweet) than Fre, one of the couple of dealcoholized wine offered in grocery stores. I also used it for making Passover charoset as a wine substitute and it was delicious!

We tried 4 different brands and this one was the closest to normal wine. Would recommend

My husband said it's the best non-alcoholic red wine he's tasted and he's been searching for a while!

Really good for a non-alcoholic red wine. Not overly sweet. Isn't bitter. Smooth finish without an aftertaste. Good body. It tastes like an elevated cranberry blend juice. Very easy to drink. I will buy it again.

A truly wonderful wine with a smooth oaky finish - delightful, and excellent balance. It is indeed light compared to some heavy smooth reds I’ve enjoyed in the past that did have alcohol, but the Ariel flavors are gently complex (2019 Cab), and the lightness is refreshing...I enjoyed very fine red wines for years, but always wished for alcohol free red wine, I still just can’t believe I found one that is so relaxing to enjoy that genuinely tastes great. I will be drinking Ariel Cab for years …to come, and plan to never drink wines with alcohol again now that I found this. Way to go Ariel!

It's not the same as a full-bodied alcoholic wine but I do find that it satisfies my wine cravings all the same without the headache or negative effects! None of my friends are a fan of it but I have really grown to like it - about to order my 5th bottle!

As someone who does not drink alcohol and has never had interest in it, I do like cooking with wine, as it adds flavor to food. However, I did not believe the alcohol cooks off, as is usually claimed. With this wine, I feel comfortable to use it in recipes and it's actually pretty good tasting. Keep in mind that I had been offered expensive wines in my past jobs working for upscale clients in the hotel/restaurant industry. I would agree to take a sip of their premium wine to be polite, but …I never could stand the taste. Yes, many out there would probably faint if they saw the price tags of those wines. Frankly, I think a lot of the wine "expertise" out there is nothing short of snobbery and ridiculousness. This Ariel Cab is a decent substitute for cooking purposes and even a glass with dinner. I did not have any seeds in mine, as someone here allegedly experienced. I've even taken bottles to friends' parties and they were welcomed with open arms. As a Psych major, I also asked my professors if these wines are a danger to recovering alcoholics and they said the amount of alcohol in them is so minute (I'll spare you the technical breakdown that took 15 minutes) that you'd get drunk off a glass of fruit juice before this would affect you. They said the main thing would be the mental "habit" of pouring liquid from a wine bottle into a wine glass and drinking something that smelled and looked like alcoholic wine, which might potentially pose a risk of triggering the desire to move on from the non-alcoholic variety to the real stuff. Hope this helps those looking for answers.
