An unusual item. The person I gifted it to was delighted.

Its a cool glass prop for whiskey tastings or social gatherings. For someone who prefers his whiskey neat, I only use this for cask strength liquors that are above 100 proof. The water-dropping mechanism gets some getting used to, but overall a cool item to have for a whiskey enthusiast/collector.

Got this for my dad, he is a huge whiskey buff but was missing something like this from his setup. Very cool tool that is beautifully crafted.

Little pot still shaped pipette lets you add just the amount of water that you desire to you whiskey....great adjunct to a Glen Cairn for tasting higher % abv drinks (cask strength bourbon) or heavily peated scotches. Looks delicate, so I would be careful not to drop it. Yes, you could use a bottle cap to place the water like the Whiskey Vault guys do, but hey, this is a fun item, and I think Ralfy uses it, so just enjoy it.

great christmas gift

Preferring my bourbon neat with a few drops/splashes of water, I wanted a tool I could use predictably each time on various bourbons to get their sweet spot. It fits beautifully in The Glencairn Water Jug, and is extremely functional. While many argue you could use your fingers or a straw I wanted something that would stand out alongside the quality of my glassware and bourbons, which this certainly does.

Arrived way earlier than expected. Flawless craftsmanship and excellent design. Couldn't be happier.
