These silicone mats are perfect for cooking in the oven! Baked goods cook evenly & don't stick to the pan. You don't even need a spatula to remove them, they basically slide right off! Though it cooks bacon well, it's still better to cook bacon on parchment paper, so you can throw away the paper once the grease solidifies.

These fit cookie sheets great. Just place and use.

Great that they come in a variety of sizes. We use them all the time. No one likes to scrub cookie sheets and now with these we don't have to, they are easy to clean and are nonstick.

I originally bought these to lower the cost/usage of foil in my home. I love the silicone feeling and durability doesn't seem to be an issue if used at 450 degrees or lower. I first used it to roast some potatoes in the oven and I can tell you it bough about a little bit of crispiness. I also like the fact I'm using less fat/oil to cook my food with as it isn't necessary when using these cooking sheets.

This will save money in the long run as opposed to using parchment paper. Only drawback is the size is a bit bigger than a standard cookie sheet but it didn't seem to hurt to let it hang over the edges. Easy to lift off cookies or muffins or similar baking.
