Using to dispatch fish humanely in the ikijime method. The half’s are screwed together with brass looking threads to ensure the tip is not exposed by accident when carrying in fishing back pack. Strong pick should last even if used in salt water but will see over time how it oxidizes.

I purchased this product because I am always freezing ice blocks the night before I go to the beach. A lot of times on the beach when the ice blocks start starts to melt which takes hours I like to chip some of the ice off it to put it in my cup that I pour my beverages in. It works well it comes in an awesome case and I recommend it to anybody who's looking for a really decent ice pack in a pretty handsome wooden Case by the way.

Perfect size for a woman's self defense tool, plus it works well for breaking up ice... I teach a woman's self defense class, and this is just the type of tool all women should have in their purse for emergencies. They look good, and are very sturdy. Thumbs up!
