    The bottom are lids for covering any left overs. Sturdy and durable. They do not leak.

    I do private party tending. I have two sets of these.Good flow (my pours are consistent). Like the color designations for the types of juices. I’d like a “white” for simple syrup but no issue.The sealer caps don’t fit well on the base as displayed. But that’s just an irritation.
