I'm the type of guy who does TONS of research before purchasing something and let me tell you this, the cocktail kit is superb.In comparison to other cocktail kits sold, the materials here are solid, the tins feel heavy which indicates their high quality.You get the Boston shaker which is the creme de la creme of shakers instead of the ones with the built in tin (which are less ideal).The Hawthorne strainer fits nicely, it is a little loose but all you gotta is press with your finger over the l…ittle bumpy thing and press it when you pour - filters everything perfectly.In terms of giftability, I've seen people here complaining about how the package arrived but it seems that the company payed attention because my package arrive in perfect condition. No scratches, all items in mint condition.The only suggestion that I have for this company to further grow is to design some kind of a bamboo stand or anything like that so that all the items could be placed and organized in a nice way.This would further more improve the giftability of the product.The bag itself is nice, I suppose it can fit all the items tightly, but to have a stand of some sort to display this amazing kit would be a great touch.

Have yet to use it

I bought myself this set for Christmas 2020 after lots of lockdown cocktails started my research into bar sets. It has every tool for every drink (at least that I've made so far) and after a year and a half of use, everything still looks brand new. I have no problem fitting everything in the bag with room to spare, but in full disclosure I gave the recipe book to my daughter and two or three of the pourers and stoppers are in use at any given time. I'm also pretty good at tetris. I consider thi…s set a great value and a must-have for any cocktail enthusiast (or even someone who's just tired of using their college shot glass collection and household silverware). I noticed a number of reviews mentioned the box not being in good condition and I honestly don't remember whether mine was or not so my advice is not to let that stop you from buying this set for yourself or as a gift.

I can't believe everything that came with this set!!!

A solid Boston shaker set. The tins are high quality. The jigger, bar spoon and strainers get a ton of use.My only knocks are that I really haven't used the pouring spouts. I guess if I was hosting a party ...And the drink cards were helpful, but a few of the recipes were simple highballs that require no mixing. Maybe switch those out for a few other craft cocktails ...Beyond those small points - wow, what a great bar set.

I got this for my girlfriend who was previously a bartender and she uses it a lot. Cokes with just about everything you need to get started. Should have gotten this sooner!

I was very shocked to see this many pieces in the bar set at such an economical price. When I received my set, I was impressed when all the equipment was quality shined metal. Not cheaply made at all, and way worth the money.

Out of all the shakers this set has the most quality items for its price. The materials all feel top notch, and are near the same as I use in my job as a bartender.

Great set for the home bar or commercial. I take it with me tk the bar I work at because they don't have the weighted shakers and it makes all the difference.
