Like the design and it keeps my coffee hot. Appears to be good quality stainless steel and the exterior surface has a good gripping material. I got this to replace my insulated paper cups to help environment and to eliminate plastic from getting in the coffee from the cup lining.

The lid was broken on arrival. Was quickly replaced with a new mug.
