Watermelon Mojito Recipe

4 oz. Seedless watermelon, chopped
4 large Mint leaves
1 tbsp. Agave nectar
1/4 oz. Lime juice, freshly squeezed
1½ oz. Light rum
Lemon twist for garnish
In a shaker, muddle the watermelon and mint with the agave nectar and lime juice.
Add the rum and fill the shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
