Did you know that the Vodka Tonic is one of the simplest and most successful alcohol combinations in history? The Vodka Tonic Recipe is always great for any occasion and will leave you feeling refreshed with every sip!
Probably created during British colonialism, this drink is still enjoyed today. In countries where malaria is rampant, it is an exceptionally refreshing drink recommended for therapeutic purposes.
Ingredients
1½ oz. Vodka
4 oz. Tonic water
1 pc. Lemon wedge
1 pc. Lime wedge, plus additional for garnish
- Ice for serving
Directions
Prepare a highball glass filled with ice.
Add the vodka and stir. Then add the tonic water using the bar spoon for increased bubbles.
- Squeeze in the juice from a lemon wedge and lime wedge. Garnish and serve.
