Vodka Kombucha Cocktail with Cardamom Recipe

8 Cardamom pods, crushed
2 tsp. Pink peppercorns, crushed
1 ½ oz. Vodka
2 oz. Kombucha lemon-ginger
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the water, sugar, cardamom, peppercorns, and salt to a simmer.
Pour vodka, kombucha, syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker halfway full of ice. Secure the lid and vigorously shake until the mixture is completely chilled.
