Advanced Mixology

Ingredients
-
2-3 oz. Dry vermouth
-
¾ oz. Crème de cassis
-
3 oz. Club soda
- Ice cubes
Directions
In a cocktail glass with a few ice cubes, pour the dry vermouth and crème de cassis.
Stir well until combined. You can also opt not to stir the mixture.
Pour the club soda and stir again.
Recipe Note
Seltzer is an excellent substitute for club soda. If you want to give the drink an extra dry profile, pour tonic water into it!
