Glasses of Spiced Pear and Bourbon Sparkler

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Spiced pear simple syrup
1 ½ oz. Bourbon
½ oz. Lemon juice
1-2 oz. Prosecco
Ice

Directions

Pour the bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well to combine, then pour into a glass.
Top it off with Prosecco and serve immediately!
