Savory Gin Cocktail With Cynar & Beet Juice Recipe
This cocktail is made with gin, bitters, cynar, and beet juice for a strong, savory taste that stands out. You can use 100% beet juice for as long as the product isn’t concentrated and has no artificial additives.
3 oz. Gin
3 oz. Cynar
1 - 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters
1 pc. Rosemary sprig or any fresh herb for garnish
Add gin, Cynar, and beet juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Carefully strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
Add a dash of the bitters. Garnish it with the fresh herb of your choice.
If you use beet powder, add it only to your cocktails occasionally.
