Salted Watermelon Juice is a genius way to use up the second half of that enormous summer watermelon. It’s not often you get such an impressive serving size, and when it's this refreshing with no need for anything else like sugar or ice cubes!

6 cups Cubed watermelon

¾ tsp. Kosher salt

Lime wedges
Directions
Puree watermelon in a blender until smooth.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
Pour juice into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.
Recipe Note
This recipe can serve up to 4 cups. Just double the measurement for more servings.
