A hangover is no fun and can leave you feeling depleted, nauseous, and need a pick-me-up. We've got the perfect recipe to get your day back on track!
This drink will hydrate you with potassium-rich coconut water, replenish electrolytes lost through dehydration with ginger, provide protein for those blood sugars that are crashing from that lack of breakfast or brunch. It will also give you some Vitamin D for mood support and help with nausea.

Ingredients

1 Banana, frozen is best but fresh will do too

1 Orange, frozen or fresh

1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (I like 5% for a super creamy texture)

2 tsp. Minced ginger

½ cup of Cold water, coconut water, or cold green tea

1 tsp. Vanilla extract (optional)
Recipe Note
Leave out the water, coconut water or green tea for a thicker milkshake like texture.
