This refreshing Matcha Cloud cocktail is the perfect mix of sweet and sour flavors for a tantalizing drink. With its combination of matcha, lime juice, and honey syrup, it's sure to please! Try one today and treat yourself to an unforgettable experience.
Ingredients
2 oz Gin
- ½ tsp. Matcha tea powder
1 oz. Honey syrup
1 oz. Lime juice
- 1 Egg white
- Ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients, apart from ice, in a shaker and dry shake for about 15 seconds.
- Add ice cubes and shake some more.
Place a few ice cubes into a brandy balloon glass and pour your cocktail over the ice.
- Garnish with a sprinkling of matcha tea powder, and enjoy.
