There is nothing more refreshing on a hot summer day than an ice water. Cocktails can be fun, but sometimes they're just not what you want to drink when the sun is shining and "Kansas City Ice Water" is perfect for those days!
Ingredients
.75 oz. Vodka
.75 oz. Gin
.5 oz. Blanc Vermouth
1.5 oz. Tonic Water
.25 oz. Fino Sherry
1.5 oz. Club Soda
Directions
Add vodka, gin, vermouth, and sherry to a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into the drink and discard.
Top with tonic and soda water.
Stir to mix and garnish with slices of lemon and lime.
