Directions

1. Pour the applejack, grenadine, bitters, and lemon juice into a shaker.

2. Add ice and shake the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds or until chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into a glass and squeeze the lemon twist onto the cocktail’s surface.
