2 oz. Dark or aged rum

6 oz. Hot water

Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine butter and vanilla extract with sugar until well combined.
Stir in hot water until butter is melted. Add spices and rum, stir again until well combined.
Serve hot into mugs with a cinnamon stick or ground cloves for garnish if desired.
