Directions

  1. Pour the freshly minced ginger, simple syrup, lemon juice, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for about 30 seconds.

  2. Add the High Noon Lime hard seltzer. Shake vigorously.

  3. Strain the mixture into a copper mug over ice.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprigs.
