Hibiscus Smash Recipe
The Hibiscus Smash cocktail is a refreshing twist on the traditional Cosmopolitan. This drink features tequila, hibiscus tea or flower, and simple syrup with a splash of lime for a little acidity.
2 oz. Reposado Tequila
1 oz. Hibiscus Tea
½ oz. Agave
¾ oz. Lime Juice
¼ cup Fresh cilantro leaves with tender stems
Brew Hibiscus tea and let cool.
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add tequila, hibiscus tea, agave, lime juice, and fresh cilantro. Shake for 30 seconds.
Double strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
Garnish and serve.
We recommend adding vodka to this recipe but you can make it without alcohol too!
