Here’s a scotch cocktail for whiskey lovers who need a little extra convincing. With just two ingredients, it balances the nutty sweetness of amaretto with the spicy finish of whiskey. The hint of alcohol makes you drink this cocktail slowly, providing joyous flavors that everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
1½ oz. Blended scotch
½ oz. Amaretto
Lemon peel for the garnish
Directions
Add the blended scotch and amaretto to a mixing glass and stir with ice.
Strain the drink into a lowball or old-fashioned glass and fill it with ice. Garnish with a lemon peel and serve.
