Ginger Rose Fizz Recipe
This fizz is a beautiful reminder that love can be found anywhere you look. With its hints of spice and floral flavor profile, the Ginger Rose Fizz would make for an excellent Valentine’s Day drink or mocktail at any time!
2 oz. Vanilla rose syrup or rose syrup
1 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. Fresh ginger juice
Club soda to top
Edible flowers and ice to serve
Add vanilla rose syrup, lemon juice, and ginger juice to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well for 30 seconds or until chilled.
Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top off with club soda and stir gently to combine ingredients. Garnish with edible flowers of your choice
While this ginger rose fizz takes on the color of lemon and ginger juice, you can use a colored syrup for an even prettier pink hue.
