The classic highball cocktail is a refreshing drink consisting of just two ingredients: gin and tonic water. The most common ratio between these substances? It's 1:1 or 3 parts spirit to one part mixer, but we deviated from the usual and went with a 1:2 ratio for this recipe.
Ingredients
4 oz. Tonic water
- 2 oz. Gin
- Lime wedge and mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Directions
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour the gin, followed by the tonic water.
- Stir all ingredients until combined.
- Garnish your beverage with a lime wedge. Add mint leaves for additional flavor.
