A traditional Paloma is made with grapefruit soda, but this recipe combines mezcal and freshly squeezed pink juice to create an elegant yet refreshing twist. The honey brings out the floral flavors while salt balances them out for a hint of sweetness that you can enjoy anytime!

Frozen Mezcal Paloma

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, honey, mezcal, and salt to a resealable container. Shake to mix until all honey is dissolved.
  2. Place in the freezer for 4 to 10 hours.
  3. Add mezcal mixture and ice to a blender when you're ready to serve. Blend until the right consistency is achieved and pour into two glasses.
  4. If you like, garnish each glass with half a lime wheel.
  5. Serve immediately.
