Fig Espresso Martini
Coffig smells and tastes incredibly good and has a sweet aroma. See the recipe note for some pro-level pointers for getting that lovely foam on top.
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for at least 20 seconds.
- Pour into a martini glass and serve.
- If you shake the mixture vigorously enough, there should be enough foam on top to hold 3 coffee beans as a garnish.
