With its jellied texture and eyeball garnish, this slimy mocktail is horrifyingly delicious and a great Halloween drink for kids and adults.
Make the jelly using the package directions, then chill until set.
- Chill the apple and pear juice with the lemonade in a large jug.
Drain the lychees and make the eyeballs by poking a hole in each cherry with a cocktail pick.
- Insert the cherry into the lychee, then the raisin into the cherry. Set aside until serving by pressing the eyeball onto the end of the cocktail pick.
- Once the jelly has set, whisk it up with a spoon to break it into small chunks.
- Fill cocktail glasses halfway with the apple juice mixture.
Before serving, insert an eyeball into each glass.
