Erik Hakkinen's Daiquiri D'ananas, made with pineapple liqueur, is quickly becoming one of Seattle's favorite daiquiris. Each ingredient is perfectly balanced, but the pineapple liqueur stands out.
Ingredients
¾ oz. Pineapple liqueur
- ¾ oz. Lime juice
¼ oz. Orgeat
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass.
- Serve with a lime wheel as a garnish.
