A Cranberry Mimosa is a best-selling cocktail served at many Thanksgiving brunches throughout the country. This drink is made by combining equal parts champagne and orange juice with a splash of cranberry to give it that extra flavor. The best part about this recipe? It's super easy!

Ingredients

1 Lime, halved

2 tbsp. Sugar

1 cup Sweetened cranberry juice

1 bottle Champagne
-
12 Fresh cranberries

4 Small sprigs of fresh rosemary
Directions
Use the lime to rub the rim of each champagne flute. Dip into sugar and set aside.
Pour 1/4 cup cranberry juice into each glass and top with champagne.
Use a toothpick to poke a hole through cranberries. Thread rosemary skewer through cranberries and garnish mimosas.
Recipe Note
You can opt to use unsweetened cranberry juice if you intend to lessen your sugar intake.
