The best time of year is here! What could be better than spending a day making memories with family friends? How about spending time inside shaking up some delicious Classic Snowball? This is perfect for holiday parties or anytime, really!
Ingredients

8 pcs. Egg yolks
Âľ cup Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
320 ml Brandy
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
â…› tsp. Cinnamon

Ice
ÂĽ cup Advocaat
¼–½ Lime
â…ś cup Sparkling lemonade or Sprite
Cocktail cherries to garnish
Directions
Put a couple of inches of water in a saucepan, nestle a bowl on top of it with egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Whisk until pale and thick. Slowly add the brandy while whisking continuously.
Bring the water to a gentle boil, reduce the heat and slowly add the mixture. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Remove the bowl from heat, add the vanilla and cinnamon. Stir and store into the fridge.
Fill a glass with ice and add the chilled advocaat and lime. Stir well.
Pour the lemonade and stir again until the mixture foams up a bit.
Top with a little more ice and add the remaining lemonade.
Garnish and serve.
