Ingredients
For the chamomile tangerine syrup:
- 1 cup Sugar
- Âľ cup Water
- 4 Chamomile tea bags
- Zest of 2 tangerines, white pith removed
- ÂĽ cup Freshly squeezed tangerine juice
For the base:
- 4 oz. Chamomile-Tangerine Syrup
- 3 oz. White balsamic vinegar
- 4 oz. London dry gin
For each cocktail:
- 5 oz. Dry sparkling wine, chilled
Directions
For the chamomile tangerine syrup:
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a simmer until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add tea bags, tangerine juice, and zests. Steep for a few minutes.
For the base:
Combine the syrup, white balsamic, and gin in a bottle.
Slowly swirl or stir to blend.
For the cocktail:
Measure out 2 Âľ oz of the mixture into a champagne flute or cocktail glass.
Top off with sparkling wine.
