The California Surfer is an alcoholic beverage that is perfect for long drinking sessions with your buddies because of its low alcohol content. However, if you want to make the drink stronger, you can also always use a stronger type of rum.
The recipe specifies the use of coconut rum, which has a lower alcohol content but feel free to use any other type of rum that you may want.
Pour all three ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until the outside of the cocktail shaker is frosted.
