2 Large fresh strawberries, sliced into quarters
1 oz. Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 oz. Bourbon
¾ oz. Rich simple syrup
Unsweetened iced tea to top
Blueberries, strawberries, and mint sprig for garnish
Add the bourbon, simple syrup, and ice. Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
Top with unsweetened iced tea.
