This Baileys Mint Martini is the perfect combination! Cream of Mint combines with Baileys Irish Cream to create a cocktail that's great for St. Patrick's Day, Christmas parties, or any special occasion. It is creamy and minty, and could please anyone who loves Baileys Irish Cream.
Ingredients
1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz. Crème de Menthe liqueur
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Half & half
- Ice
Whipped cream, mint, or chocolate shavings for garnish
Directions
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Cover and shake thoroughly.
Strain the mixture into a martini glass.
- Garnish and serve.
