This is a delicious recipe for an apple-soda mocktail that will make you feel like you are drinking something boozy. It has the flavor of apple cider but is entirely non-alcoholic!

Apple Soda

Ingredients

    • 4 to 5 pcs. Large apples
    • 2 cups Water

    • 1/3 cup Apple syrup
    • 3/4 to 1 cup Club soda
    • Apple wedge for garnish

    Directions

    1. Wash and cut the apples and remove the seeds.
    2. Combine the apples with water and bring to a boil.
    3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes before removing and letting it cool. Make sure the apples are soft.
    4. Blend the apples and strain to the bowl about two times to remove the pulps.
    5. Pour into a glass and top off with club soda.
    6. Garnish with apple slices and serve.
