1. The Drink That Hill Likes

Shelby Mastro @shelbymastro took inspiration from her and her sister's fun relationship in making cocktails. The Drink That Hill Likes is a sweet and cool concoction. The combination of gin, blueberry honey, lemon, orgeat, and orange bitters resulted in bright and sunny flavors.

Ingredients

Steps to Make

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, orgeat, and blueberry honey into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until frothy.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.
  3. Whip the egg white and place it on top of the drink. Serve.

2. Pendleton Whisky Orchard Punch

The Pendleton Whisky Orchard Punch is a perfect way to enjoy the changing weather and flavors of fall. The rich taste of this cocktail will remind you that winter isn't too far away while enjoying some fresh apples with it!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. of Pendleton Original
  • 3 oz. of Apple Cider
  • 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Apple slice

Steps to Make

  1. Pour Pendleton Original, Apple Cider, and Angostura Bitters into a glass with ice.
  2. Stir the drink well until it is frothy.
  3. Fill half of your serving glass with crushed ice.

3. Blue Gin Fizz


The Blue Gin Fizz is a classic that never goes out of style. It’s best enjoyed at an outdoor garden party with friends as the sun sets over each other's shoulders, listening to jazz music and sipping on this delicious cocktail while enjoying conversation about anything under the stars.

  1. Pour the gin, blue curaçao, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well for ten seconds. Strain your drink into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Whip up the egg white and pour it on top of the drink.
  4. Add some orange slices as garnish.

4. It's All Coming Up Roses

It's All Coming Up Roses is accidentally created by Cocktails by Mia @cocktails.by.mia during her birthday. But while accidents are not good in general, this concoction is heaven-sent! It's loaded with floral notes from the gin, rose syrup, and rose water.

Ingredients

Steps to Make

  1. Dry shake for 30 seconds, then add ice to the shaker and shake for another 30 seconds.
  2. Garnish with edible rose petals

5. Majorita

Majorita is the perfect substitute for either a margarita or mojito. It has just enough kick to it that you won't be able to stop drinking once you start! "Majoritas" are great at parties. They’re not too strong and can easily replace another alcoholic beverage in your drink arsenal.

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well for 10 seconds and pour into a highball glass.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves.

6. Ruby

Ruby is the perfect drink to enjoy on a hot summer night. The citrus flavors of grapefruit and elderflower come together with Aperol for that something extra. Meanwhile, the tartness from lemon or lime ensures a slight hint of tanginess from the drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Vodka (split in 1 oz. Vodka + 1 oz. Vodka Citron)
  • ¾ oz. St. Germain Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Aperol Spritz
  • ¾ oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
  • ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ Egg white

Steps to Make

  1. Dry shake, wet shake, and double strain into a chilled glass.
  2. Garnish with a grapefruit zest.

7. Midori Fizz

Midori Fizz by A_kocktails @a_kocktails is what you need after a long day of work. The light citrus flavor will invigorate your taste buds with its tartness, and the sparkling water makes for an easy way to cool off on those hot days!

  1. Pour equal parts Midori and vodka into a highball glass.
  2. Add ice to fill, then top up with lemonade.
  3. Stir gently until the color is even throughout. Add more ice if necessary.
  4. Top with lime juice for some extra zing!

8. Asian Clover Club

The Asian Clover Club is one of the classic cocktails that every bartender should know. It's made with gin and raspberry syrup, creating an exciting flavor profile that resembles a good Sunday afternoon with a fruit platter and tea.

Ingredients

  • 1.6 oz. Gin infused with kaffir lime
  • 0.3 oz. Raspberry syrup
  • 0.3 oz. Le Fruit de Monin Lychee
  • 0.6 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 dashes of easy foam

Steps to Make

  1. Combine ingredients in mixing tin, shake without ice, and pour into a pint glass.
  2. Add ice to fill, lightly stir.
  3. Garnish with mint sprigs or slices of star fruit.

9. Hella Good

Hella Good was created by Soundtrack My Drink @soundtrackmydrink to be "hella" refreshing. A twist to the classic Negroni Sbagliato, this concoction is made with kombucha instead of sparkling wine. It also includes some gin, lemon juice, but with the exception of vermouth. It's a flavorful thirst quencher with just enough spice from the kombucha.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Old Dominick Formula No.10 Gin
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • ½ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Buchi “Fire” Kombucha
  • Lemon wedges

Steps to Make

  1. Shake the first 3 ingredients together with lots of ice.
  2. Dirty dump into a rocks glass and top with kombucha.
  3. Gently stir once or twice and garnish with two lemon wedges.

10. Yuzu Cocktail

  1. Muddle the mint leaves, passion fruit pulp, and sweet and sour mix in a cocktail shaker until well-mashed.
  2. Add all other ingredients except for pineapple puree to the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously, then double strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Top off with pineapple juice and garnish with mint leaves.
