1. Did You Say You Have a Cuban One For Me?
Ingredients
- ½ oz Montecristo Cigar infused rum
- 1 ½ oz Clément V.S.O.P Rhum Vieux Agricole
- ½ oz honey liqueur
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon smoked pecan wood maple syrup
- ½ bar spoon charred pineapple bourbon sauce
- Pinch of sea salt
- Smoked paprika
- Frozen cola ice
Steps to Make
- Using a sphere ice mold , make frozen cola by directly pouring the cola into the mold and freezing it for 2 hours or more.
- Infuse a 2-inch long Montecristo cigar in 8 oz of white rum for 8 hours. For a milder taste, remove the cigar after 2-4 hours.
- Smoke paprika by trapping some cigar or other wood smoke in a mason jar with a fitted lid.
- Add a tablespoon of paprika into the jar then close the lid tightly. Let sit for 1-2 hours.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the cigar-infused rum, Rhum Agricole, honey liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, charred pineapple bourbon sauce, and sea salt.
- Shake well and double strain into a cigar whiskey glass to highlight the cigar aroma and flavor.
- Top with a frozen cola sphere and a dusting of smoked paprika.
2. Piña Whatthellada
Ingredients
- 1 ⅔ oz dry gin
- ⅔ oz blue curaçao
- ⅔ oz pineapple juice
- ⅔ oz lime juice
- 1 oz egg white
Steps to Make
- Dry shake all ingredients for 45 seconds to build up foam.
- Add ice and shake again for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe glass . Add a garnish of choice.
3. Jungle Cat
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ¾ oz Campari
- 1 ½ oz fresh pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz maple syrup
Steps to Make
- Combine the gin, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker .
- Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with a huge cube of clear ice .
- Top with desired garnish.
4. Passionfruit and Orange Gin & Tea
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz butterfly pea flower tea
- ½ oz orange syrup
- ½ oz passionfruit syrup
- A few dashes of orange bitters
- Passionfruit pulp and seeds
Steps to Make
- Steep a few butterfly pea flowers in hot water for about 5 minutes. Let cool.
- In a mixing glass, add gin, passionfruit syrup, and orange syrup. Add ice and stir well.
- Drop 1 bar spoon of passionfruit pulp and seeds in a wine glass .
- Add ice then add the gin mixture.
- Top with butterfly pea flower tea.
- Add garnishing as desired.
5. Spring Feelings with Rhubarb Sour
Ingredients
- Akashi-Tai Shiraume Umeshu
- Mamont Vodka
- lemon juice
- Rhubarb juice
- Homemade Rhubarb syrup
- Rhubarb strip for garnish
6. Prince Henry Punch
Ingredients
- ¾ oz Rhum Agricole Blanc
- ¾ oz blended aged rum
- ½ oz green chartreuse
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz raspberry syrup
- 6 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: mint sprig, fresh raspberries
Steps to Make
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass and top with coarsely crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and skewered raspberries.
7. The Gent’s Sour
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ oz Lowland Scotch
- 1 oz Ginger & Rhubarb Liqueur
- ⅔ oz fresh lime juice
- ⅕ oz lychee syrup
- ⅓ oz Southern Comfort
- 1/2 bar spoon bee pollen
- 1/8 bar spoon licorice powder
- 1/8 bar spoon dehydrated lime peel powder
- 1 dash Lime Bitters
- 1 dash Orleans Bitters
- 1 dash Firewater Tincture
Steps to Make
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker , add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass .
- Garnish with a lime peel shaped like a mustache for that “gentleman” feel.
- Add a sprinkling of dehydrated lime peel powder.
Note: You can make homemade dehydrated lime peel powder by drying strips of lime peel at 200°F in the oven for 1 hour or until thoroughly dry. Let it cool and grind in a food processor and keep tightly sealed for future use.
8. Tangerine Pisco Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz pisco⠀
- ½ oz Aperol⠀
- 1 oz fresh tangerine juice⠀
- ½ oz lemon juice⠀
- ½ oz orgeat ⠀
- egg white⠀
- Tangerine passionfruit kombucha to top⠀
- Mist of Angostura bitters
Steps to Make
- Combine all ingredients except kombucha and shake well without ice.
- Add a chunk of ice and shake well again.
- Strain into Collins glass , let settle and top carefully with kombucha.
- Mist with bitters.
9. Pink Lipstick
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz gin
- 1/4 oz elderflower liqueur
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz homemade dragon fruit syrup
- 1/4 oz homemade kaffir lime/lemongrass/ginger/mint syrup
Steps to Make
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake to chill.
- Fill a Collins glass with coarsely crushed ice.
- Strain the cocktail over the ice.
- Garnish with a trimmed lemon peel and pink florets!
10. La Mora
Ingredients
- 1.3 oz. Tequila Blanco
- 0.3 oz. absinthe
- 5 blackberries
- 0.6 oz. lime juice
- 0.5 oz. agave syrup
- 1 egg white (or vegan alternative)
Steps to Make
- Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker .
- Add the rest of the ingredients and shake as hard as you can for 20-30 seconds.
- Add ice and shake (hard again) for 10 seconds to chill.
- Double strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass .
- Garnish with blackberries skewered on sprigs of rosemary and a charred lemon wheel.
