- 1 Part Haig Club
- 1 Part pineapple juice
- 1 Part lemon juice
- Dash of bitters
- Ice

- In a shaker , put Haig Club, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and bitters together with ice then shake.
- Use a strainer and transfer the mixture in a chilled glass .
- Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
