COPPER PRODUCTS LIFETIME WARRANTY ADVANCED MIXOLOGY

Advanced Mixology stands behind its products. Our products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the product. We guarantee that all goods of Advanced Mixology will function as represented, and we will, if the facts are reported to us, repair or replace a naturally damaged product without charge and free of transportation to the purchaser.

Advanced Mixology may request that you return the product at issue, and if so, we will provide a prepaid shipping mailer. Advanced Mixology cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for evaluation be clean and clear of all liquids or substances. If Advanced Mixology in its discretion, determines from the written correspondence and/or from the actual returned product that the product failed to conform to the warranty, then it will either repair or replace the product at Advanced Mixology option. If a warranted product is no longer sold by Advanced Mixology we may replace it with the closest, similar product of equal or lesser value.

The lifetime warranty sets forth specific legal rights. The consumer may have other rights as a result of variations in state or federal law.
