How to make fresh whipped cream?
- Heavy whipping cream
- Splash of simple syrup
- Spring from Hawthorne strainer
1. Remove spring from a Hawthorne strainer and place it in a shaker tin.
2. Add as much heavy whipping cream as you would like. Splash in some simple syrup to taste.
3. Shake for 20 seconds
4. Pour on top of your drink.
